Terms of Service
Operator and agreement
Confirm the contracting legal entity, address, country and support contact; how clients accept these terms; and how these terms interact with signed service agreements.
The service
Wholething provides social-media management supported by a Postiz-based application. The workflow includes gathering business information and materials, preparing research and strategy, planning and creating content, scheduling posts and publishing to authorized social accounts. Client portals provide access to upcoming and saved published content and an area for supplying files.
AI-assisted research, strategy and creative features use OpenRouter and selected model providers. AI-generated material can contain errors and requires review before use.
TikTok integration is being prepared for approval. Access to a social platform’s features depends on its authorization, available permissions and platform restrictions.
Confirm the actual customer audience, contracted deliverables, content approval process, community-management scope and any excluded services.
Accounts and eligibility
The staff application and client portals require authorized access. Public website information and legal pages do not require an account.
Confirm minimum age, business-authority requirements, account-security responsibilities, acceptable use and grounds for suspension.
Content, rights and approvals
Confirm ownership of client-supplied and commissioned content; the license needed to process and publish it; music/image/likeness permissions; review and revision terms; and whether Wholething may use client work in its portfolio. No ownership transfer, broad license or portfolio permission is assumed.
Fees, cancellation and refunds
Confirm pricing/quotation arrangements, taxes, payment schedules, renewal, cancellation notice, refunds and the effect of unpaid invoices. Do not assume subscription billing, non-refundable fees or cancellation periods.
Privacy and ending access
The Privacy Policy explains how the service handles information and social-account authorization. Removing a channel or revoking authorization does not by itself erase stored information or remove previously published posts from the social network.
Confirm termination, export/handover, cancellation of pending posts, support contact for disconnection and deletion, and post-termination retention.
Availability and responsibility
Social platforms control their own availability, account restrictions and publishing limits. Publication can be delayed or fail when a platform rejects a request or authorization expires.
Confirm any service commitments, outcome guarantees, warranties, liability limits and indemnities. These contractual allocations require the operator’s decision and are not inferred from the software.
Governing law, disputes and changes
Confirm governing law, dispute venue/process, required consumer protections, notices and the process for updating terms. No arbitration clause or jurisdiction is assumed.
Social-platform authorization
Connecting a social account authorizes the permissions shown by that platform. The application uses those permissions to support the enabled features, including publishing and available analytics. Access can be revoked through the platform’s connected-app controls.
YouTube features use YouTube API Services. Users of those features are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other connected networks apply their own terms and content requirements.
Direct publishing and uploading to a platform for later completion are different workflows. Where upload-only TikTok functionality is enabled, the account owner must complete the posting process inside TikTok.
Confirm who may connect accounts and authorize publication, how client approval is recorded, and responsibility for platform-policy compliance.
